The ultimate book of logical thinking
This is such a great book. I think it will make hit home to people with a few miles on the clock, or those with a naturally relaxed attitude to life. Being in one of these categories it made a lot of sense.

I feel like I’m listening to a friend.
Followed Jefferson for so long and listening to his book feels familiar and realistic. I love the fact he provides time for absorption, and it feels there is patience with his direction. I’ve never left a review before but truly, this book was/is, just excellent. I really hope he makes a second, and makes a success of the book. He deserves every ounce of it.

Love the techniques
I am just so impressed with the concrete suggestions that Jefferson provides in the book. I have already started applying these in my role at a school and have found each technique I have tried instantly impactful in reducing conflict. It is a must listen for anyone who wants to improve their communication.

Hugely useful
I've recently listened to Jefferson's podcast and enjoyed it enough to buy this book. He has a likeable persona and the listening isn't compromised by him narrating. It's packed with common sense tips on which words to use for effective communication - and which not to. The same goes for phrases.
It also deals with some aspects of mental health eg maintaining your sanity when dealing with narcissists.
Highly recommended.
