Just what I needed
I thought it sounded a bit formula like, but in the end the messaging was the right on for what I’m going through. I love Mel’s honesty and authenticity.

Mel is brilliant, real & caring. I love listening.
Mel gives real-life examples about how we are letting emotions & fear live our lives & how to get out of the trap.
She's also entertaining & kind. I love having her in my ear to give me a positive lift when daily life gets a bit heavy.

Raw and totally honesty
I loved the fact that Mel explained everything in fine detail for the likes of me to totally get and understand. It certainly make it enjoyable listening and fun to do, well done.

I needed to listen to this!
Absolutely amazing podcast! Loved every minute of it. It really has me thinking about life and the journey I am on right now. I felt like I needed to listen to this! Next on the list is her book!
