Game-Changer for My Foggy Brain

Great advice

Some great advice on how to improve cognitive function as we age. The book explains how we can suffer from brain fog, a reduction in sharpened or loss of memory. But there are things we can do to help improve our brain’s function. I like how only small lifestyle tweaks are needed such as improving your diet and other simple habits. Some sound advice!

Like many, I suffer from brain fog. As I write this, I feel a bit foggy. The book covers various subjects, but the nutrition and wellness topics resonated with me the most. Diets high in Omega 3's, Vitamins B,C,D, and chloine are important. Getting enough sleep is also important, which means changing habits like eating before bed and putting away the phone prior to sleeping. All sound advice! I enjoyed the listen and took away some nuggets that will help me. Thanks!
