a compassionate approach

I’ve listened to The Psychologist's Attachment Solution Workbook audiobook so I was already familiar with the author’s approach from their previous audiobook. This one is the perfect follow-up. The first book gave me the initial knowledge; this one gives me the additional tools to improve oneself. I personally feel that the exercises are thoughtfully designed to really help you process your emotions and build secure relationships. And I also really appreciate how it focuses on nurturing self-compassion

Great book to help you heal.

It is not often you will find such an in-depth study on how to heal old wounds that just keep circling in your mind. This book has that ability.

Upon beginning the audiobook, I was a bit skeptical, but I am not a psychologist myself, so I just listened to it. I found it so engrossing that I have already listened to it twice.

Take the steps outlined, and you will begin the journey to wholeness, which we all need in our lives.

It is well worth the cost to begin your journey to the life you deserve.
