Helpful for kids with ADHD

I’ve tried so many things to help my son with his ADHD, and most feel like way too much or just don’t stick. This audiobook felt super low-pressure, so we gave it a shot. We’ve been doing it a few minutes a day, and he’s actually starting to remember his stuff and calm himself down faster. I didn’t expect much, but it’s helping him build habits without it turning into a whole fight. And I’m not as stressed, which is a win too.

A Practical Guide to Building Executive Skills

The 5-minute activities are well-structured and focus on key areas like time management, organization, and focus. I loved how each activity is quick, engaging, and provides immediate results. The book’s layout is easy to follow, and the narrator is clear and lively, which keeps kids interested. Whether you’re a teacher or parent, this audiobook is an excellent tool to help children develop the executive skills they need to succeed in everyday life.
